Spruce has worked alot in my favor. Being a bodybuilder, I undergo rigorous training especially through competition season. My anxiety is high and things become "tense". I highly recommend this product because it became the supplement my muscles wanted but also needed!

First off, I want to say thanks to the people at Spruce CBD. This stuff is truly great.

I've been using CBD for about 10 months now. I have had Generalized Anxiety Disorder since I was 22. I have seen a therapist weekly (or more often) and take (and continue to) medicine for my anxiety - Sertraline (Zoloft), Seroquel (quetiapine), Welbutrin (Buproprion) and Clonazepam (klonopin).

Last summer my "med protocol" which had served me well for 14 years stopped working. I went through the horrible "med switch" period of withdrawing from old meds while trying to find new. It was honestly the worst period of my life. Luckily, I was recommended CBD oil by a friend with Social Anxiety Disorder. I was desperate, so while not being the kind of person who would normally purchase anything other than what is in the pharmacy, I gave it a shot.

It was a miracle. I had significant relief within 5 minutes. I have been a CBD user, as part of my overall med protocol, ever since then.

Anyway, what brought me to Spruce CBD is 10 months of research, trial and error. What I found was this...

1. Taking CBD sublingually is the best for me (placing the oil under the tongue for at least 60 seconds)
2. Leaving it longer is better.
3. Full spectrum has worked better for me than isolate.
4. The higher the CBD potency (CBD/ml) the better, so you don't have to take as many doses.

I've gone through over 12 providers, finding better and better stuff, but I have settled on Spruce. It has and continues to give me a great deal of relief.

So, after 28 days of taking the appropriate dosage for my condition; there is a significant beneficial difference. My joint pain is alleviated for a longer length of time, and it also aids in the ability to have a more restful sleep, "Not joking!". Will be ordering in the near future.

The potency is great, I enjoy the bitter taste. I have bilateral rotator cuff tears, this cbd oil has helped more than any NSAID. No pain at all since I've started using this.

I am based out of Raleigh, North Carolina and so is Spruce! I live right down the road from East Whittaker Mill and living in and around the 919 area code I have used the Spruce 2,400 mg bottle. It is by far the best for me. I have serious back problems from back surgeries and a professional soccer career cut short due to it and Spruce CBD oil is a must. I agree in that the cheaper brands with their lower cost do not contain the quality of Spruce in the long run. I make it a daily part of my life when I can purchase it and it helps solidify my pains in the back and takes the edge off. I know, it is expensive..but you get what you pay for! As I’m back gaining my Masters Degree i’m on limited funds but when I am able I always go to Spruce. Quality. Every time.

The product is awesome but the price is way less awesome. I take 1 ml twice a day and mine is almost gone and Ive had it 2 weeks. I just won’t be able to afford to by it as often as I need it.
