Works well for sleep

I definitely feel the difference with the CBN included vs the regular CBD I take during the day. A dropper before bed and it eases me into a good nights sleep.

Taking Spruce Rest for sleep enhancement

Taking 60 mg CBD / 7.5 mg CBN has significantly improved my sleeo.

This product has a pleasant taste.

I took this in hopes I would get a better nights sleep. As I thought the CBN would help with a better sleep. I went to sleep fairly well and fairly fast but I was awake at 4:00 and couldn’t get back to sleep. I would like to get more than 5 hours of sleep. I will say that this product has a very pleasant taste compared to a few others I have tried. I am going to up the dose abit and see if that helps.

Sorry to hear you still woke too early Brenda. You may want to try taking a higher dose as you indicated in your review. It's also important to shake the bottle each time before use and hold under your tongue for a couple minutes before swallowing.

This does help with getting to sleep

I have always struggled with sleep -- both getting to sleep as well as staying asleep -- and I am trying to stop taking prescription sleep medication.
This helps me to relax and get to sleep about 90% of the time, which is a significant positive response.

It helps with my restless leg syndrome. No cramping nervous energy and I do sleep better. Way better than the addictive drugs the doctors gave me. The prescribed drugs gave me a hang over and feeling like crap when I woke up. I have used if for a few years no and NO side affects wake up feeling great. Big thumbs up
