This stuff is legit. I’ve tried many other CBD products from various companies and this one works the best. I use it for the calming effect - it slows me down to not get too frantic and anxious. I also take it before or after my coffee in the morning, and it takes away the jittery feeling. The Spruce Rest is amazing too.
